Through her personal story this is a practical guide to put the consumer first and develop the right journey, while balancing revenue targets and building a brand in multinational context.
Beata worked for Nike for 10 years, and grew the Email channel in the European marketplace to a substantial brand and content marketing tool, while building comprehensive customer journeys with the consumer in focus, increasing acquisition and retention, and driving sales.
Recently Beata has decided to “go solo”, start her own consultancy and help brands building their Digital, Brand and Email Marketing programs.
